Multiple accounts using Business/EIN linked?

Will creating multiple ebay/paypal accounts with the same EIN be linked if there are different DBAs? I currently have a business and my original account was suspended permanently, if i create a new account will it be linked from the same EIN? What if I use different DBA names?
