 Just got all my items removed and restricted from selling (rant)
I just got a message saying my selling privileges have been "indefinitely restricted" due to poor policy compliance. I guess the issue is that I have received 5 1s or 2s in the last yr, for my DSRs. What is the limit that you are allowed? I haven't been selling as many items as I was 6 to 12 months ago (moved to higher priced items instead of going for higher volume), but 5 doesn't seem like much at all to deserve a limitation. Plus, I haven't received a single negative or neutral feedback for over 6 months. What's the point of restricting someone, saying they're detrimental to the ebay community when everyone they've deal with has said it was a good experience? And even that lagging department (shipping costs), says I have a 4.3 average. That means that on average, even in my lowest scored category, the people are still saying that I'm well above average. My other DSRs are 4.7 or better. If leaving positive feedback and negative comments is against policy, then leaving positive feedback and low ratings (that can get the person restricted) should also be against policy. I feel totally cheated by this system.
