I’ve been trying to refund a customer tried to add VCC from revolut to eBay didn’t work tried my own bank card which has the same address as my eBay account and still didn’t work. I did upload my bank card to eBay but I still couldn’t refund them even tho I had sufficient funds to do so.
I asked the customer to open a case so they did but shortly after they opened a case I received MC011 this has never happened after just 1 case has been opened so I’m in new territory now.
I’ve been asked to submit tracking no problem as I print labels off but I’ve been asked to submit ID which I’m hesitant to do so.
I’ve passed ID on 2 managed payment accounts already after losing my main eBay account on managed payments.
The last thing I want to do is send my ID over and to lose my other accounts.
If eBay require an invoice I’ve already got one of those ready to hand.
I’m honestly thinking of just burning this account the customer has been refunded through the case which I’m happy about it but I have other accounts running smoothly so my business isn’t effected.
Shall I submit my ID or just forget about the account?

Yeah it’s pot luck lol I have an invoice ready which looks amazing and I think it will pass MC011 I’m still hesitant to use my ID but I think I will go for it.
I'm no expert and you have more experience than me, but personally I wouldn't send the ID unless the account is very important to me, I just wouldn't risk it.

I appreciate your reply and the account is not important to me didn’t have great limits and small feedback so I think I will delete the account off my laptop and just focus on my other accounts. I hope everything is going well for you.
Wouldn't bother sending in ID if your other accounts are running fine.

I didn’t send ID in I’ve abandoned the account their is no funds in their for payout either.
My other small limit account got a selling increase this month so makes up for that account.
I called and ask and for some reason after proof of delivery and id they seem to ban. but i had the same issue as you one return request which i took care of and i got a mc011 on a new account. So they are getting serious, package was late because of holiday shipping beyond my control. but now they want id and proof of merchandise only like 7 things i have an idea to proceed that has worked before but i want others to chime in on the subject of what they did for proof of purchase before i taint the answer?
Proof of purchase,an invoice from your supplier on its stationary with its name and address and phone number.
The details should list the item,item no,cost per unit x quantity = item total
