I do not accept returns and if I am forced by the customer, I just tell him to keep the item and I accept the loss, no big deal and positive feedback guaranteed :)
| I've used the same tactic myself on some of my newer stealth accounts, all well and good if you're hiding behind private seller accounts, but what about those who are running business accounts, you must accept returns, must supply a return address and in some regions (I do not know if it is a global requirement) authorise ebay to auto-generate a return label - a potentially awkward situation if you supply a dummy return address.
Return issues need to be managed carefully for some sellers. |
