 The reactivate your account trend of 2023
had a new account from december crash and burn today. Got the reactive your account and lets get a call from ebay. I did the good old song and dance but of course the agent was not willing to reinstate the account at the end of the convo. There was one interesting thing though, the agent let it kind of slip that there was not a way to see why they could not reinstate the selling account. They did not suspend the account but let it remain restricted, so I wondered was she lying to me about not being able to see the reason it cannot be unrestricted or is it that these phone call worker dont have any power at all to reinstate accounts like they used to. It used to be you get an agent and if it was a person who was somewhat decent you could talk them into reinstating you with a little effort. Never seems to work anymore so I think they have made changes to the power of the call center workers. They just read off a script and dont have any power to do anything
