 Alternatives to ShipStation?
Hello, I'm looking for an alternative to this horrendous platform. I've been a customer since 2017 but in the past year or two they've gone to complete sh*t - they dont respond to CS, they provide missing order information, they incompletely and incorrectly process addresses (a small % of shipments are always returned to sender), and if anyone remember the fiasco of holiday 2021 they were reusing labels that had already been purchased by other customers! Seriously, f this company.
I'm looking for a service that can handle multiple eBay storefronts without fear of linking my accounts. I know Yankee recommended an alternative not too long ago but I can't find that post anymore... anyone?
