I jumped through all hoops on genuine account regarding proof of supplier, ID, payment details etc and they now come back saying all orders must show received, despite all being tracked.
Many times tracking is hit or miss international and people don't bother with feedback so a bit stuck. Also don't know how far back in time they want orders to be showing delivered. 90 days?
Not sure whether to keep at it and try to have this restriction lifted or give up and look into stealth.

I have had an account where I sent my passport, bank statement, and receipts. Everything was accepted except my bank statement because I just opened the account to sell on eBay. So they felt the need to reject it because I didn't have much activity in my statement. Even though many businesses open checking accounts for specific purposes.
Regardless, I sent the same docs on another account and my receipts and bank statement was accepted, they denied my passport. Once someone denies it, you're screwed. There is that option for appeal but its extremely hard, they take whomever originally reviews it as gospel. If you do fix it, I've found personally they generally look for other details to complain about. Probably an ego thing, for you to overturn it means someone was wrong. So much for not having emotions throughout the process. |
