Can anybody tell me if its better to create a Buying account first and let it run for days or weeks before going onto a selling account?

Issue ive always got is that i go on a permanent ban before i even get to list anything at all.LOL

Create a buyers account first and let it run for a couple of weeks then convert to a sellers account.

New details for registration are important especially fresh IP address.
