What on earth did i do wrong??

If you get the risk to eBay message you can call in and they should unblock you.

Ive called in and they cant unblock me

this is a so called welcome suspension for new members , the only way past that would be opening many accounts so that a part survives

don't listen to people who tell you that you just need the right setup , they suspend people randomly in large numbers so you open 50 accounts , 10-20 survive , 5-10 become strong established accounts

Its not quite that black and white.

Having the right set up absolutely does help but there are still limitations

I would call in 5 different times at least. I’ve had accounts unbanned after I called in more than once and spoke to someone different.

nowdays they add a note though , once added all subsequent reps will just be repeating the memorized text on going to sell elsewhere

Best way to restart is get a new sim, remove all eBay cookies from your browser, use the phone as a hot spot do not use the eBay app on it. If you want to use the eBay app a new phone is necessary and open a private buyers account. Create a new gmail account then convert to business after a few sales done.

Whats stranger is that i did another one today and instantly got banned. So im thinking if you are a private seller do you need to put a private address? or can you put a business type address

Also is it because im trying to instantly create a seller account? Also the bank details i keyed in did not go through on the 2nd one

Its just ebay, I created hundred of accounts and sometimes they suspend, for different reasons which they will not tell, I suggest to check ebay stealth guide and book.

Instant listing after account creation is a death knell for the account, I find that if you browse and buy for a couple of weeks after creation (If stealth address is real send some cheap stuff there that you afford to lose). When you do the first listing after a couple of weeks do auction only listing used item and offer pick up of order. Do a few of these then list at a buy now, but either as used or nearly new, new items in first listings lead to suspension.

Use a private address for a private seller, when the account becomes business you can change the address to a business one. Do not use the same bank account from a suspended account. To create a successful stealth account is a slow process, you need to build up slowly, no huge sales at first.

There is nothing wrong with creating an account and start selling,it just depends on what you are selling?
a zero feedback seller selling iphone,comics,expensive jewelry,gold using stock photo is not a good idea

They are just super protective as unfortunately there are a lot of criminals out who like to sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ and stolen goods on eBay who get banned off and makes it hard for the sellers who got banned through bad service and now want to sell properly.

Something isn't quite right in your setup OP, are you using real details to register?
When I sign up with business account, after the first listing, regardless of what I list and whether its new or used or auction or buy it now, I get a "reactivate your account" message after 30 mins of listing.
I call in, and they always say it's a security measure for new accounts then proceed to ask me about why I want to sell on ebay and my business model, then the account gets re activated.
