What did i do wrong

Hi,

could someone analyze my steps and tell me what went wrong?

Opened an ebay account got positive feedback (12) for selling a few items.

Got a few payments withdrew 10-30 $ each, no holds.

Then bought a UPS Pickup for $10.45 with that paypal.

Asked to withdraw $60 today.

Got limited and gave them "documents" then got limited forever :(

$150 stuck in that account.

Never did i withdrew more than $60.

Wasn't even that high.

I sold board games.

You say you got a few payments. Were those for auctions?
What IP solution did you use?
Was this a US based account?
More details please.

Auctions & Buy it now.
I used my own IP (new apartment new modem etc.)
Was a mexican based Account linked with a US based Checking Account
New Computer as well Windows 7

IP is mexican too btw
PayPal was also mexican

Are the Mexico eBay/PayPal accounts your real name or stealth?
Is the US-based checking account real name or stealth?

PayPal might have flagged your account thinking why is a "Mexico-based" account have a US-based checking account...maybe they thought you were laundering money and that's why they are asking for additional info.

Was a worldfirst account also in my name (citibank)

PayPal MX has the option to add a US Bank Account or Mexican Bank Account, why have the option when it's high risk for them?

If both are real names and PayPal Mexico allows US bank accounts, my theory is incorrect. Back to square one. I'm not sure why you would be limited.
