Limited - help needed

I know the obvious answer is to supply the information that they are asking for but can you just advise if there are some do's and dont's when responding or tricks to help push it through?
Is this a particularly bad limit reason to overcome?
As part of our commitment to providing the best possible experience for
buyers and sellers, we perform routine reviews of merchant accounts.

We tried to call you on 14/09/2016, but we couldn't reach you. To allow

do with your account until you submit the information you need to provide
and take the actions listed.
Check that you've answered all questions and provided all information we
ask for to restore your account as soon as possible.
Business Model Information:
- Give a projection of the volumes you expect to receive each month for
the next 6 months (specify currency).
- Give a full description of the items sold or services provided.
- Specify the average dispatch and delivery timeframes for the items sold.
- Provide the name and address of your main suppliers.
- Do you post from inventory or drop-ship?
- What percentage of items sold are drop-shipped?/What percentage of items
sold are held in stock?
- Provide details of any other sales venues you use (physical
store/showroom, website...etc.)
- Provide the terms and conditions of sale (refunds/cancellations).
- Provide tracking numbers/proof of delivery for the following transactions
received into your PayPal account:
Once we receive the information, we aim to complete our review and respond
to you within 72 hours.
