Data Centre IPs for managing accounts

What is the data center IP provider you use for managing multiple accs? The price should be reasonable and accepted by EB. I am looking for US location, thanks.

Im using private IP provider which you can contact asap, I have person who creating IP's and giving it to me. If you want I can share contacts.

I would look at using a VPS USA provider their IP address’s are not linked to V P N ones.
