Question How do disputes work nowadays?

So before, when paying with PayPal... An 'item not as described" dispute would automatically go in the buyers favour.

What about now with managed payments?
What are the options?

You should read Ebay rules for selling on Ebay-
INAD ,if seller does not respond in x days, buyer can get Ebay involved, which will ask him to return the item to you, also will give him a return shipping label .
when he used that label to return the item,Ebay will charge your seller account for that label.
When tracking shows delivered,it will refund your buyer in full and just because you get EBay involved,it is one strike against you.

After 30 days, you have to deal direct with seller or file a chargeback,Ebay is no longer involved.
CC chargeback is 6 months, overseas could be up to a year
You also pay a chargeback fee if you lose

Is there any way to tell if a buyer used a CC or a DC?
