How long will ebay keep making me wait 15 days to get my funds?

Will my funds be available sooner after I sell a certain amount of items?

account created March 5, 2023 and has 7 items sold and no items purchased.

limit is 15 items a month or $350

be patient... it can be 3 days it can be 20 days.

The key is items sold before they will reduce the 15 days hold down to the day after verified delivery. My last recent account was about 2 months into selling with one or two sales a week and after about 12 sales they put the account under review for 5 days with payments stopped in this time, after the review I got payment after tracked delivery.
