Can i start selling on Ebay without linking a VCC?

There is no way i can sell on Ebay without VCC?
because i don't have a vcc and bank account
but i want to sell items on Ebay and then after getting funds i will look for it

You can sell in EU without inputting bank or credit card details, it is not recommended because the account is unverified and if the account get suspended after some sales and you have not given the details to eBay, you will then lose the held funds.
