What is needed for a "new device"

Hi there,
What would be needed for my device to appear like a different one? I only have so many devices I could use with Ebay.
Disabling web rtc, changing mac address with TMAC, and cleaning cookies along with the new IP? Would that appear as if I am a totally different person?

Mac address is still a myth last I checked.

eBay is easy to do, just follow the steps in the stealth guide .
