Someone bought 10k of stuff in 3 days now i got the mc011 asking for proof of delivery
Background 2 year dormaint account. 68 days into actual sales total sales 25k... 7.9k of that was canceled. So far 100% on reviews...30 stars...15 sales. On time delivery 100%
. Im going to finish the last few sale shippments and respond to mc011. Lets see what happens. Any one know the paramater of the 90 day of sales and how many sales before you get off radar? Or has anyone had any look with this mc011? Now that we know it falls under too many sales.

Your account activity should not surprise you why this happened. Having 100% feedback doesn't matter when you're considering the amount of sales + cancelled sales on your account.

This is why everyone has to remind themselves fast money on a new account is not a good. You have to remain disciplined and if sales spike, or you receive too many sales per amount this is your end result. For example I personally have experienced that whenever I processed over $4,000+ on any given day that would automatically trigger someone to check my account. Not like I sold a iMac or something worth a high dollar amount, it is the volume of sales + dollar figures.

If you had 15 sales on 25k worth of goods that implies $1,666 per item. It is too risky what you are doing. You have to sell other products not just what you're selling which is high ticket items to saturate your order book, and move much slower.

Majority of my items where under 1k but had 1 item x2 at 7k

My account just got a second review in just 10 days.
really worried as this is my only ebay account

The account I had that got back to back reviews within a month was suspended. Usually not a good thing if you're seeing that many reviews because there is a hidden reason for it. In my case I was linked to the first account I created in 2009 lol, not surprised but I thought they would have allowed it to pass considering the update in MP.

On my account I literally did nothing wrong, had no complaints, just was linked and had fast sales.

I havent responded to it...waiting for time to make a move and try via supervisor. I will send broken files and than call and manually send doctored invoices and see if this works. What do you guys recommend for invoices...im going to do a doctored phone bill or send bank bill to that account with name adjustment. ...but any invoice advise or anyone that has beaten this mc011 recently let me know.

With a new account, selling too much at once is risk; it's better to take it slowly, step by step. If your items are in high demand, consider distributing the risk across multiple accounts as well

The longer you wait in fixing a MC099 the harder it is to fix it.

Same with my reviewed account got suspended..but i doubt it was the link or else you would have been instantly banned.

Those Phillipine call centers are getting annoying �� they litterally do everyones call intake ...att ....simple mobile...tmobile...verizon....lol...

Yep the Philippines is the worlds all centre now :) Everyone speaks English there and its cheap labour so makes sense
