Default Banned SSN?
I've tried creating 2-3 new accounts over the past year using my SSN/Birthday (Banned on another account)

It keeps saying unable to verify my identity. I'm guessing I'm blacklisted from eBay from using my real details?

Not sure, but try making an account using stealth methods and see what it does.

It' a process of elimination
