google voice or any voip will trigger a suspension. It hasto be a sim card number that can receive text. An email service that doesnt require phone verification will trigger a suspension. A po box will get you restricted UNTIL YOU SHOW ID. the po box address has to be on the ID , and on the credit report. if its not they might ask for another document before they suspend you. they might suspect your device is a cheap burner .its not always something complex. if Your trying to list something at 3am they will suspended you. safe items arent safe anymore so list something high dollar and let them remove it, wait a few hours and try again in a different category. The only people trying list one 10 dollar items are related to people who are banned.
