Account reactivation services?

Hello ebay ninjas,
I do have a question. So I have been seeing alot of services on fiverr that offer account reactivation after suspension. I know most if not all these guys are scammers.
My question is: Is there anyone here or elsewhere that offers this kind of service that is actually legit? I have been hesitant to throw away my account since I was doing so well for so long 🙃. Anyways, lmk and thank you!

I will stick my neck out here and say that perhaps they are not all scammers on there, there is one who if you give them the eBay account details they will look to see if they can have the suspension lifted without paying them first.
