Signing in trouble
 

I haven’t signed into my eBay for over a year, now wanting to start selling again I tried signing in but it wants to send a code to my mobile number before it will let me.
Trouble is the mobile number hasn’t been used and it’s now invalid.
Can anyone help me with a way around this to get me signed back into my account please??

in this case you need access to email and you need to know all personal details

it is possible to contact ebay without signing in , they allow to put a mobile on file

if there is no access to email the account is gone

Yes I do have access to the email.
What’s the best way of contacting them please?

Call eBay on 0800 358 6551 and explain you do not have the mobile any more and would like to change it to the new number.
