hello i have a question, is there any risk for the account if i use rotating proxy/residential ip, because in each session new ip, it may trigger something on the account?

The provider matters.

If you're using IPburger then there's no problem on rotating IP.
This is what I use for all my ebay and amazon since IPburger is released.

zero problems.

Depends.. if it's for account creation residential IP is better.

Do not use a V P N, if you are in the USA use your cell phone to hotspot to your PC, it’s cheaper and you can refresh your IP address easily any time you want to.

Hate to say it but the IP Burger solution is the best in your case, either static or rotating IP address’s

not necessarily needed - if your residential ip is a good source, you can stick to it

Its totally fine so long as you make sure you keep all the cookies in place for the account on the browser and make sure your using a good IP provider
