I just don't know how eBay has gotten away with closing accounts that "Abused eBay" and the users did nothing "wrong". Overnight success is looked at as a bad thing on eBay. But on top of that, eBay has the nerve to charge many of their former sellers ebay fees after closing their accounts and notifying the buyers not to pay the seller. I personally have been robbed by eBay for $350. I never got the payments from the buyers and eBay won't allow me to apply for a refund. Instead they will take what they want from the credit card. I have since learned my lesson and will never give eBay good info again. However, they are making a KILLING by ripping off users left and right who don't know any better. There has to be something wrong with what they are doing and I believe they should get a class action lawsuit from the sellers to fight back.
The complete step-by-step guide to get back to selling today!
i would not say never...how is what they are doing fair & just? i think someone has not bothered to challenge them. if they did, i think ebay would lose. it is an unfair and sneaky practice.
well a lot of sellers have parted with Ebay, and it's significantly enough to make Ebay more aware of the problem. As a result now you have tutorials and selling limits instead of being suspended right away. Also, their stock is not doing good at all. However there is no close competition to Ebay right now, except Google which I hope will take over
That is true. Because I made a few mistakes such as a vero and I had 1 selling limit placed but its off now because i went through the tutorial. Now back last year this would had never happen. i would had been suspended right away!
I hope that is true. ihate, did you hear about these new policies somewhere reliable?
Modee, no they were placed on my account. I had all sorts of ridiculous tutorials which you had to take before they let you sell. I don't know if you can fail it, because each time I got 100% =). As for the selling limits, they were only placed on certain brand named items. My limit was selling 1 of X brand a week even though I've already sold 47 pairs and got + feedback :\.
BTW, if you don't think I am reliable enough , a lot of powersellers on the EBAY COMMUNITY (you know on Ebay's site) are discussing the cause and effect of having these tutorials and selling limits. Most of them are against it, as it only protects the non-powersellers from not getting suspended.
they just harass us, since there the big guys,
its like capitalist pigs, all they care about is money
while us is wasting millions of dollars on bombing, and on war
they is a poor education system and millions of kids dieing each month from poverty.

You mention Google.
What does Google offer, that's even close to eBay?
