New account with Nickname

I am from Greece(EU).
I have read many articles in Aspkin forum and I bought Stealth Account Book ($20).

I don't understand until now how I create a new account with Nickname.

Problems:

1. When Ebay ask me for Identity ID, me what I send ?
The real Identity ID ... (?)

2. When I declare IBAN (I used WISE Bank), the Ebay want that name must is exact same with the name that I have declare on Ebay account.
Different NOT Payout...

They are solution (?) or all articles work in past and now are OFF ?

1. - you send ID , must be same details as on PayPal Account
2. - This can be tweaked, but its better to have bank with same name

The question is about ebay - not paypal. Consider fully reading posts before replying.

2. Is the account under an individual or business name?

3. Have you read the stealth guide before making this account?
