confused!! please help.

my ebay account #1 is just out of 7-day suspension, i'm leaving it there to let it cool off. reason for suspension was VERO item, copyright issue-unauthorized item.

i have account #2 registered with the same data which is already couple of months old. im just wondering whether i can use this #2 to sell the same thing while letting my #1 cooling off?

Yes you can as long as your other account is out of the suspension period.

i opened account #2 when account #1 was good,but never used it.
