why ebay remove my post that already ended 2 weeks ago?

today i got a message on

MC019 eBay Listing Removed: Trademark Violation - Unauthorized Item
&
MC198 INI Temporary Selling Restriction 7 days.

but the items that ebay removed was ended like 2 weeks ago. how can they still find it out? or it's because i didn't delete them in my SOLD ITEMS?

anyone please help.. THANKS!!

i copy the ms from eBay in other post. They didnt metion any words about have members report. Just Vero...

Should i detele them in the future in stead of leave them in the "SOLD"?

Being in your sold items is irrelevant.

Ebay will still have them on their servers and they will be viewable by other ebay members on your feedback (if you didn't make the listing private) for 90 days and also through advanced search/completed items for 15 days.
