It's electronic part, but they report they are the owner of product images and description.

And now eBay support from VERO team tell me wait, another supp tell me contact them,because they are "owner" of the product,but they not reply to emails and whatsapp

It's take me 1 hour found this Indian friend who has eBay store and sell same item

these guys really are playing hard with the vero report system and the lack of true proof

Now everytime i reply to VeRo team i get reply from different support member and no one check photo i send to them and all certificates,it's waste of time talk with them like this

Probably no better option how to answer Vero emails.

I think all Vero department get thousand emails every day.
