Feedback revisions as of 2023
In recent years it has been very straightforward to call customer service, speak to a rep and plead your case for a negative feedback removal, and more often than not the reps would take it off
Recently it seems that every rep is telling me that there has been a 'recent policy change' and that they dont have the ability to remove feedback anymore. Aka it seems a LOT more difficult than before. Lord knows the automated "submit a feedback revision request" function just leads to auto-declines, so not sure how to go about this anymore.
Is anyone else running into this issue? How are you dealing with negative feedbacks, and have you been able to find a way to get them consistently removed?
