Am I right in saying for every 1000 feedback comments you received on a rolling basis you get a further 5 requests added to your account?

Still not happened and I keep getting told it's 5 a year. I've easily had 30 added to my account this year.

What's changed/am I doing wrong?

You start off with 5 feedback revisions now that is all u have until u hit 1000 feedbacks , so yea you get 5 revision request per thousand feedbacks
