Debit from payoneer.

Hello everyone.

Well I just log on my Payoneer account and see that they took away money from my account writing : Debit from payoneer,
in the Description : Temporary hold.

I contact the support team and they said they will get back to me only in few days..

did it happen to anyone of you?
someone know anything about that?

How large is the amount being held
