Feedback revisions as of 2023
 

In recent years it has been very straightforward to call customer service, speak to a rep and plead your case for a negative feedback removal, and more often than not the reps would take it off

Recently it seems that every rep is telling me that there has been a 'recent policy change' and that they dont have the ability to remove feedback anymore. Aka it seems a LOT more difficult than before. Lord knows the automated "submit a feedback revision request" function just leads to auto-declines, so not sure how to go about this anymore.

Is anyone else running into this issue? How are you dealing with negative feedbacks, and have you been able to find a way to get them consistently removed?

Earlier in the year I was just paying a guy on fiverr $10 per feedback removal, he never failed me any of the few times i used em. No i don't have a link sorry.

How recently have you used that service? Even a few months ago I could get any FB removed no problem, but it seems that literally in the past month or so things have really tightened

It was about May time that the reps said that the button to remove negative feedback was greyed out and they no longer had the ability to use it.
