Seller here for 10 years + want to setup business in Ebay

Many of you know me as seller of cards in the forum but i really never sold anything in ebay or other platform i was interesting in cards and i was into CPA Marketing ,now i want to sell leather products particularly shoes any insight how to get started ? i want to sell in uk and usa

Have contacts?
Know some price of buying and selling items?
Shipping prices from supplier?
These are basic questions which a lot of people do not think of when starting selling. I am sure you have.

You are in Russia,you have to make sure you have the right size,shoes have to fit,size may be the same but width and comfort may differ.
Try something where size is not a big issue like purse,hats,gloves.brief case,billfold

That is very true.
Clothing business is like that. You need one design in 5/10 different sizes. And loads of designs. Stock is what kills business cash flow.

don't listen to people recommending you to concentrate on items , suppliers etc.

first and foremost you need to get permission to sell anything so get several accounts going selling cheap items from anywhere and only after you are up and running you can get seriously concerned by long term selling strategy

this is exactly what I wrote , nowdays it does not matter what they sell , main issue is to be able to sell anything on a reasonable scale

You need to know the market, who to buy from, what to pay for the product, what is selling now and who your competitors are.

Find a niche market that you have resources to and you know will sell to that population.

Leather is expensive,leather jackets are good sellers,so are leather boots.
I would say Russia,being a cold country,would have winter clothes buyers would be interested in,it is easier to sell jackets to man than to woman,so look around,do some research on sizes,Americans are getting Bigger in the wrong place,so size does matter.
Leather,suede are all good,used or new.make sure you ship with tracking

Business is slow ,in the past there is interest in Russian/soviet items like military badges,knives,posters,also Russian silver.
But leather jackets used or new are always good sellers,you can also sell them on Ebay Germany.

First at all you need to check local carrier who can ship products to EU,USA. Probably it's cost you they highier compared with nich competitors
