Ebay Stealth + Payoneer - How to cash out?

Yesterday I bought Ukraine Business eBay Account + Payoneer.
Account have 50 000 Listings/ 500 000$ limit.

Bought it from seller outside of this forum, he did not explained me some things.

So I am wondering how do you Cash out. Can I send money from that Payoneer account that I got with purchase to my Personal Payoneer account or what?

Or some other method?

How can I add my Bank account, My First and Last name are not same as name of the person who is on that Payoneer acc that i got with eBay? (also my bank account number is already added od my Personal account)

You can create your own payoneer account link your bank. Send from stealth payoneer to your own and cashout on your bank. You can only send to another payoneer if you reach 500$.

I already have my Personal Payoneer account, then after I reach 500$ on Stealth Payoneer I can just simply send the money from that Payoneer acc to my Personal without problems?

Because you sending funds from a stealth account to your legit account...

People do it all the time with PayPal and lose their legit account because they sending funds from a stealth for withdrawal

It should be okay. It is more safe than adding my bank account (which is already added to my Personal Payoneer) to the stealth payoneer account.

When I said to add a bank account, I made an assumption that you either already had more than one bank account or at least had the ability to open another one.

No I dont have another bank account, I have only one Bank acc and it is already added to my Personal Payoneer. In my country it is really hard to open another Bank acc in different Bank, because they ask Contract of employment (the salary must be deposited on that acc).

So my only option is to send money from Stealth Payoneer to my Personal Payoneer. I just want to know is that possible 100% when I reach 500$?
