Default Anyone else lost a bunch of accounts these past 2 weeks?

eBay may have started a 'December clearance'...
I lost 14 very good accounts.
They are requesting ID information, Tracking numbers and so on on all of them.
They are all in perfect condition almost 0 negative feedbacks.
Okay... maybe a few cases here and there, but yeah.
Managed to reinstate one of them...
So my question is: Someone else facing this?

Aside from slow sales, my two US MP accounts are working well and have no issues, it may depend on category of items and history more than the time of year

They are a lot more stricter over the Christmas period as loads more scammers on there.

Would be interesting to find out how online sales on EBAY and Etsy fare this XMAS?
Since shoppers have to pay sales tax and shipping, they may as well go to a physical store.
Shipping is higher now,USPS will be raising rates again come 2024.

Happened to me, several accounts suspended at the same time. Even identity verified and bank verified accounts. The mistake I may have made is creating and listing items then not using them for a long time
They haven't been suspended for more than a month and each account was created at different time

Yeah I guess my mistake was that the accounts were under a year old, and I hiked up the sales way too fast and too much.

After a huge analysis of everything, I've came to that conclusion.

It seems that you hit that magical figure that we are not sure of to trigger the MC011 message and proof of all orders being delivered etc then being hit up for ID and bank statements.

I believe every seller will face this one time in the account history, it’s just when will it be.

Happened to me on an ID verified account because the account pulled in over 3k over a few months..pretty lucky I made it that far but it got me alot of scrutiny.

I got on the phone to verify with them, sent IDs and bank/address documents and everything was peachy, until I got an MC011 shortly thereafter.. lets just say the invoices and tracking numbers didnt help me :D

Good luck! Happy Holidays~~

In my case, and I haven't even made a sale on a few. I think it's because all of them were created one month before Christmas and were inactive

Yes all of them got a MC011.
One asked for ID documentation - which I already had sent earlier this year and was successfully verified.
Others were asking for tracking information/proof of delivery.

Funny thing is I have accounts that are 3+ years old, NEVER had to send any of that documentation.
One of my accounts even has ⊗⊗⊗⊗ VAT information linked and is doing 15k+ monthly sales no issues whatsoever...
It's the accounts that are younger that get slapped around by eBay it seems....
