What can I do to resolve the issue of my Wise VCC not being able to be linked to my eBay seller account?

I have experienced difficulties because I have tried multiple times with different cards.

try a good VCC from one of our sellers in the market place.

I guess the address on the card needs to match the address in your account

The numeric number must match-zip code and street number

I don’t know. I was just trying to be helpful and point out that with VCC The address and name should not matter because in essence that is the point of the VCC.
Could it be a problem with wise VCC and eBay? I have never used wise so can not comment. As with PayPal I know that some VCC they do not like.

I would like to purchase them, but I've been informed that it's a US VCC (Virtual Credit Card) which won't work for me(because i need vcc for indonesia and morroco).

The issue is that the Wise card is linked to the buyer's account, but not to the seller's account, and the addresses are the same (the VCC address match the address on eBay).
