Transfer question
 

I messed up on a account with a previous giftcard used on another acc..... So I was buying FB and ebay or PP I can't tell, would not use the NEW giftcard to pay it. Instead it used a echeck from my bank and it worked. Didn't PP see my name when it used the account to buy?

PP can not see ur bank name.

I know. I guess echeck means transfer. Marketing I guess.

Paypal CAN see the name on your bank account when you pay for something with it. Not a good idea.

you can ask and some banks can change the reference on the credit to say purchase or credit

So If you're using a stealth account and pay for something with your paypal account from your bank account, that means paypal can really see your name and stuff?

^^^ you know when you pay someone from your bank , then on the credit it says your bank account name, eg. J Smith, sometimes this can be changed, especially if you bank online.....

dont worry though if its already happened, its just a precaution, ebay has taken fees from my bank before when I didnt add a vcc and nothing happened, its only if they are looking in to you closely, I mean imagine the amount of credits they get a day for fees and payments etc, gazillions...

I have done the same - and no probs :)

However in future if you intend to buy and want to use IBT either use your own name on the PP/Ebay accounts or have a buying only account.
