Hello everybody My question is on ebay uk it has always been the case that if a buyer opens an item not receive case and the buyer receives the item and the case is closed in the seller's favour because the buyer did receive the item that the feedback is automatically removed. This has not happened so then asked the seller support for the feedback to be removed explaining the situation of course while typing this fully aware that regardless of what I am going to put and regardless of what happened they will reject the feedback removal so unsurprisingly they rejected the feedback removal why is this happening has anybody got any idea how to deal with this situation as buyers feedback is basically saying that they never received the item and that I am a conman. thank you

If you used seller hub they refuse every single request call them or chat with them they will remove this
Hi Yes they just seem to say no to everyone I have already tried submitting and of course getting a no and then I have tried ebay chat which I always find awful and have tried ebay phone support and been promised feedback removal several times but never happens
