BTW, what triggers this MC011? Why are they asking for supplier invoices? If I’m using eBay purchased delivery then they certainly know I’m shipping stuff and it’s getting dispatched and 99% delivered of it doesn’t get lost in the post.
Not all items sold have receipts so I’m wondering | Many reasons will trigger MC011.
1) you have to many return requests
2) you have sold more than usual
3) a sudden change in selling behaviour example you use to sell £10 items now your selling £200 items
4) to many cancellations
5) not solving cases on time to many disputes.
I’m not 100% sure if ID is matched into the database but from what I’ve read of people successfully editing their ID and passing the restriction must mean they don’t as long as it looks real so a picture taken of your ID but with it edited.
If made from scratch this is probably why they get rejected as they do look like they are made and not real.
Basically to pass MC011 everything needs to look real! |
