mc011 proof of purchases

I received the mc011 on some accounts to add the tracking numbers after do that ,they sent the second notification to add all the receipt and documents of the suppliers , someone has been able to pass it or they usually send this notification for get rid and suspend?

its more luckily to get your account down rather then up running, but if you have legit supplier invoices it is possible to bypass if they like your business model

I wouldn’t bother. Just leave it. They’ll only ban it. Move on make new accounts. Let them ban it in time off their own back could take a year etc

I rarely see anyone getting their account back after these.
Most of the time they just suspend the account.

BUT you got nothing to lose so might as well give it to them and make new stealth accounts at the same time

Your tracking numbers must have prompted them to ask for invoices.

Are your listings still active or have they removed them?

You can if listing have not been removed its an indication that your more likely to reinstate the account if you provide them with whats required i’ve had this on many accounts and the listing were not removed and continued to sell.

Yeah if they removed the listings then its a waste of time mate just move on to another account don’t waste your time with this account.

I have seen many people get their accounts back, you just need to send in invoices that look legit

If you get the MC011 with the listings removed and they ask you for proof of delivery, then the account is toast even if you supply them and the inevitable request for ID and invoices.

If the listings remain up and a restriction on new listings is placed then the account has a chance of surviving if tracking and ID and invoices get past their scrutiny.

The later can be triggered by increased sales or volume of sales

Guys, Proof of delivery means, Proof. Tracking is only one way.

MC011 is their way of evaluating risk. If your customers say they got the item, screen shot it and put it in a pdf. And then, screen shot the positive feedback.

The only time MC011, is toast from the beginning is if the account has links to another suspended account.

I recently got an MC011 and tried submitting an invoice on the same format I did maybe 5 years ago and passed. Got rejected but there were some other factors as well I think. I would suggest going to a professional who has experience with dealing with this if possible.

Invoices are the last thing that matters. What matters, is why you got MC011 to begin with. Resolve the issues first, then contact ebay.

I’ve got the same message. I’ve been a member of this forum since the beginning. Not been active due to being busy but today I’ve been hit with MC011 and it’s brought me back here as can always learn a trick or two here .

Ive passed MC011 in the passed but this is a stealth account and I need ID.

Does anyone know how to edit their own ID on photoshop? Or offer a paid service?

I can pass with invoices, utitility bills but need to know if anyone can edit ID on photoshop or offer this service.

Editing the picture in Photoshop is easy but I don’t know if they match it up with a Gov database to check if details match.

BTW, what triggers this MC011? Why are they asking for supplier invoices? If I’m using eBay purchased delivery then they certainly know I’m shipping stuff and it’s getting dispatched and 99% delivered of it doesn’t get lost in the post.

Not all items sold have receipts so I’m wondering
