Mc011 asking for proof of payment to supplier

I’ve been getting with mc011 on several of my accounts. All of them asked for supplier invoices or receipts which I’ve submitted. On one account today after submitting my receipt they came back asking for proof of payment:

Proof of payments made to the supplier via the receipt you sent us. We can take the bank or card statement to verify the transaction with the store.

Anyone has gotten this? First time I’ve received this reply. Usually they permanently restrict me if the documents aren’t sufficient.

It happened to me too. After I submitted the docs they wanted proof of payment. A day after the request of proof of payment the account became perm susp. MP account too.

Yeah I'm considering letting it go to toast. I owe $900 ebay fees on it anymore, cheaper to just start a new one.

I just saved a young stealth account (3.5 months) marked with MC011 this week . I think I got suspended due fast selling volume, I attached suppliers invoices and they removed restriction in 4 days with no more objection. Anyway, I know that any other flag will suspend this account permanently.

Yes I did the same and it has worked but this time they came back asking for proof of purchase to match the supplier's invoice.

what do you suggest? I send in the proof of purchase and see?
I think it's bad luck I got the wrong agent, before usually after they see the invoice they'll reinstate it and never asked for payment to match the invoice.

So you are going to stiff them in their earned fees. Maybe if people would have a modicum of integrity Ebay would suspend so many accts. I always pay my fees EVEN on a suspended acct. Because 99% of suspended accts did something they should not have. Glad I don't do business with you!

LOL showing integrity to ebay. That's a laugh. 99% huh? Where did you pull that number out of? I have a feeling I know exactly where. Ebay does what ebay does, for whatever reason they decide. Doesn't have to be real.

I come at this from a different perspective I guess. I've been suspended multiple times, for things I didn't do wrong ( I'm sure your response will be " yes you did do something wrong"). Just because ebay decided to check in on me. Accusing me of selling counterfeits, or the like ( I wasn't). Tell me, what is it that I did wrong? Have lower prices than my competition?

This idea that I owe ebay money, for a job half done, is absurd.

When they suspended me, they also informed my customers that there might be an issue. So here come all the cases for zero reason, and buyers know they can now do whatever they want to you.

Ebay just about ruined my life at one point. FOR NO REASON. They costs me $10,000's. So I'm SORRY, I honestly couldn't care less if ebay is upset that I owe them money, after they destroy my business. Keep licking their boots tho.

Oh and, if you did business with him, and treated him the way ebay treats us, I'm sure he'd be glad not to do business with you either. You don't get to leave half way through a job, while literally destroying some of the work you already did, on your way out, then have the unmitigated gall to demand full payment for the work.

sorry lol after being ripped off by ebay on multiple fronts, multiple times, I'm a bit annoyed about this whole " lets be ethical with ebay guys!". They couldn't care less about stealing from us, for things they actually owe us. I'm not going to feel bad about stealing from them for things they did to themselves. I'd have to not pay QUITE a lot of ebay invoices before it's anywhere near equal. And it's kinda hilarious to discuss "integrity" on a forum of people finding out the best ways to break the rules without getting caught, after getting in trouble for breaking the rules ( because obviously, 99% of us are at fault, as mentioned....)
