Yes, honestly I used to only sell on eBay. I've had issues with them since 2020 and it's forced me to sell on other marketplaces. Due to all this I've basically perfected my method of selling. Whenever I start a new account on eBay I get sales extremely fast. For me, it is hard to just stop making money when it's basically handed to you.

I realize after enough mistakes that volume on newer accounts with managed payments is the biggest factor you face in triggering a review. The only control method you have in stopping it is vacation mode or ending listings. I know some things will sell faster than others, however you still get unexpected sales from time to time.

Personally I think the best approach is to baby the account for about 6 months, and use the holiday season to start growing it stronger. The 90 day window is by far the biggest hurdle on a new account, but even an aged account that hasn't been active is treated the same to a degree. If you can pass at least one holiday season after having used the account for over 6 months with steady sales, chances of a random suspension is low. Assuming you remain disciplined throughout the process.

are you sure you do not sell identical items on multiple accounts and do not move same items between accounts?

Sometimes others novice sellers are selling similar items as you. They get flagged, sometimes bringing you along for the ride. So check what's going on in that category. It's best to watch what happens to their listings.

Most sellers use GA as it is cheaper.and SLOWER.

I think it is just hard time now. It can not be for ever.
It is illegal if that AI bots suspending accounts for nothing. It is big legal risks for ebay.

No it is not, that's written in their TOS. They can do whatever they want, and suspend whoever they please. No one forces anyone to sell on eBay.

it can do so until there is no dominant position in the market. Ebay and Amazon does have this position.

as long as ebay can show good financial results they don't care , it is likely that they are in a leading position again after amazon started mass destroying sellers and blocking whole categories and product lines from sale , I can feel it in my business though , many items I am interested in are cheaper on ebay than on amazon as amazon have been limiting competition which drives up prices
