The review process may take up to 5 business days.- and then get MC011, what's the problem of this?

I have around 30 accounts that last 3-4 years, which have more than 1000 positive feedbacks and since last Dec， evey 10 days, there would be 2-3 accounts that met this restriction and even yesterday I got 2 accounts banned, don't know the reason, anyone who can give some suggestions?

There is obviously something in your stealth setup which is failing the AI inspection of it now, the protocols which they check obviously change over time with more intelligent methods being employed.

this is not a question of setup but either overselling or selling risky items , on established accounts most likely sold too much too quickly and likely received too many disputes

in general payout review happens when there is a certain volume or many disputes

It’s a performance review so echoing what murdered by eBay sent. We’ve all been murdered by eBay tho.

my item location is in CA but in my listing, it shows item location in CO, this is a reason?

all my accounts are run for 3-4 years, and i don't know if ebay changed rules, another seller tell me ebay hate drop shipping, and my item location is in CA but in my listing, it shows item location in CO, this is a reason? ,maybe ebay AI think is this dropshipping, so the system flaged?

i sold item as usual and there is no big volume, every account around 100-200 USd, and even i have 2-3 accounts that have't sales for 1 month and met this checking, and i don't have disputes, as soon as there is one, i refunded to close it. all the accounts status is TOP rated seller, don't know why.

I agree with degsey in that something is most likely triggering the ai scans. It is becoming more accurate as time passes

Are you a drop shipping business and are you using any software?

Not drop shipping and all are items with actual shipping within 2 business days, and i don't use software.

now what I am thinking about is lited item location in listings is diffrent from my actual shipping address. i doubt ebay will check where the package first scanned to match with the item location I listed in listings.

I wouldn’t think to much into the item location. This normally applies when your drop shipping using software eBay then throttle your listings which is not what has happened to you.

Seller metrics you said is good. Have you increased your sales volume recently and have you had more returns then usual?

you wrote 100-200 usd but the above screenshots showed 3K turnover per month , in ebay terms it is large volume

what are the categories you sell in?

why cant you list the location CA instead of CO?
Is the location in CA a warehouse where your dropshipper has his inventory?
If so,Ebay knows them.
Ebay does not like retail arbitrage,buying from another retailer and selling them on another retail site,but if your CA location is just a warehouse where you stock your goods,thats not a retailer to retailer.
or it could be your wholesaler/distributor

I agree I believe they have updated their algorithm AI. I’ve had the same issue with about 60+ accounts they’re getting better at detecting a lot of different instances.

Sadly, very expected given the progress and ease of detection methods/processes
