It is stealth account ?
If yes then add stealth name.

To confirm/provide first and last name.
In some cases ID number, TAX ID !

I put my real ssn before. Now they’re asking for photo id. Just wondering if I should change the name of stealth to my real name and upload my real photo id or let the notification go away. I read in some forum that they let it go and they dont have a problem with payouts.

Photo id. Should I upload it now or let it go until the deadline to do something? Deadline I think is 1 month from now. I saw someone said that its a bug and they just let it go.

SSN + full name + DOB must always match

do not upload ID as long as the above details do not match but make them match first and upload ID for the name + DOB provided

Its a stealth account so I dont have the ssn of the person that I put.

Everything still works fine, my listings are still active, my payout just dont transfer daily to my bank anymore that its used to be.

No. My listings are still active. The only restricted was payout is in hold.

without valid SSN you will not receive any payouts

on hold means no payouts , ebay are not allowed to send funds without SSN anyway , there is a threshold but once reached the SSN must be provided and verified

I put my own ssn and not the stealth name ssn and has receiving payouts before.

I’m getting payouts before. I received the message 2 days ago about this photo id and thats the only thing that prevented me from getting the daily payout.

I don't know as I am not from the US but it is 100% certain that there is a threshold after which no payments can be done without SSN

they do online SSN verification where SSN+ full name + DOB must match government records
