This year you receive the 1099-K after selling more than $600 or $5000 in gross sales on eBay USA account?


For sell products high risk do all eBays from different countries have the same rules or does each country have different rules?

the rules for high risk are the same but they are applied differently depending on country of registration , safe countries are only large western countries , all others get suspended easier , especially third world countries

In general I see that American accounts are suspended more when it comes to high value payments, with respect to third world accounts I think it has many positive things, at least the use of payoneer as a payment method

THe cons I see from 3rd world countries is the trust factor.
So eBay I will be strict with those accounts
