What ebay is the decision based on?
Some account 20/250, 50/700, 70/3500 |
Re: Why some account on ebay limit high, some small A lot depends on the setup of the account passing security flags...the exact algorithms are probably only found out via trial and error |
| degsey69 | 10-13-2024 06:16 PM | Re: Why some account on ebay limit high, some small It also depends on wether the account is personal or business, business accounts generally get their initial selling limits higher than personal ones. |

Some account 20/250, 50/700, 70/3500 | A huge number of factors. Limits can be anything from 10 items to 50k items on a new ebay
There isn't any one thing that determine that you have to score highly in all their criteria to get the highest limits |
| Something random | 10-14-2024 05:10 AM | Re: Why some account on ebay limit high, some small Like others said it depends on what you used to set the account up. Datacenter IP, voip number, antidetect browser etc will give you lower limits |

Some account 20/250, 50/700, 70/3500 | Bro there is actually a trick on how to get big selling limit my friend shared it with me. If you wait just 1 month (30 days) from when you registered your new eBay. Then after this time you register it as a seller you would get massive limit.
My bro in US gets $50k selling limit doing this bro. I tried it on uk and to my amazement it worked bro lol but wasn’t 50k more like £38k selling limit. |

| banginonwax | 10-23-2024 01:49 AM | Re: Why some account on ebay limit high, some small Yes waiting 30+ days will give you higher limit. |
| andyframpton | 10-23-2024 02:18 AM | Re: Why some account on ebay limit high, some small High limits are good but you still will need to warm the account up.
I have always thought high limits do not matter. If you warm up the account right your limits will increase naturally or you can ask and they will upgrade.
Anyone selling 50k on a new account will get it shut down. |

See lower limits as a good way to grow an account naturally and an enforced defense against attracting unwanted attention. |

Anyone selling 50k on a new account will get it shut down. | Wrong you don’t have to warm/heat any account up brother. You just let it sit in the background for 30 days then turn to seller for bigger limits.
What this does bro is it also allows you to list an item straight away by not receiving that dreaded reactivate your eBay account email from eBay.
Try it you will be amazed. Since I been doing this I been listing much higher end products in my business now. |

| You're missing the point, they're rightly saying that high initial allowances can be the devil in disguise. Go big too quickly and you'll almost certainly get suspended pending investigation.
On a stealth account this could spell the end before you've even started. |

On a stealth account this could spell the end before you've even started. | It depends on what you sell brother. I sell products ranging from £50 to £600 shipping all over the world. The plus for me is I can list a product for this price and not worry about a message from eBay to inform me of reactivate your account. I have some back ups as I don’t put all eggs in one basket and focus on one account.
If I sell £600 product bro I would wait about a week to sell again on same account if it’s lower I can list another one once it’s sold. |

I know from experience if you list to much too fast you will get shut down. |

So you sell £600 item once a week.
£600x4 is £2400 so a £50k limit is wasted.
I am trying to say that by warming up the account you will have a longer lasting account. |
