IP Changed, now requesting TEXT validation, lost TN
My IP provider closed my IP due to some sort of IP refresh. Got a new IP in the same area but EB flagged it as a new device.
Now when I try to log in, I get the message to text verify account. Unfortunately that number is no longer valid and I cannot modify it to text a different number. Understandable.
I tried calling in EB, and got 2 out of 3 security checks correct. That still was not good enough to pass. So I dropped the line.
Should I try to pass the manual sec checks or just move on with a new account. I have no way to recover the original phone number. It is a bummer because that account was 6-7 years old.
Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated.
