Yup your 2020 account bro is aged so there wont be any holds. If your trying to selll $2 to $4k items on a fresh new account then you will expect hold times to be more than 30 days.

Drop the price bro or maybe open more accounts.

I have sold 80$ item on my aged account and anyway got 11 days handling time :)

Yes they have.
And when i have called to ebay, they told cos they gave extended handling time which i never asked for. They dont know how to remove it.

Where are you shipping items from bro? As if I shipped from uk to USA then my handling time is the same but if I ship within my country it will depend on what shipping service I use.

How handling time can be diferent depend on countrys if handling time is that time what means how much time you need to bring parcel to post office ?
If you send to US you can not take parcel to post office in 3 days ?

handling time is time it takes to handle the order,packing,wrapping and get ready to be shipped and take it to the shipper,it does not involved shipping time.
For me it is usually one day since I have the stock,what if you do not have the stock then handling time would be longer as he has to get the item from his supplier first,may be this is why handling time is 11 days.
(sellers who sell furniture,large equipments or customs made items would need more time )

True true brother! What I don’t understand is he has given eBay a call up to ask why he has 11 day handling time but they can’t even tell him why? Something not right about this

Most Ebay reps are clerks in major cities and they dont know every detail and dont bother to find out.
he can go to Ebay seller forum and ask an Ebay rep,it is monitored by EBAY and some reps will show up .,also some Ebay sellers may know?

Sound advice bro hopefully he’ll take up your advice. I have sold large amounts of stock at top dollar prices as well and even shipped from UK to USA and I’ve never seen 11 day handling time.

Only thing I can think of is he’s not in USA or UK he’s in a country that doesn’t allow eBay I think he said maybe this is why they set this 11 day handling time?

If you register in your own country then 11 day handling time never happens.

I have the feeling it's their bot that's set to being PMS aroudn this time of the year and causing issues unfairl.
