How Do You Solve Pre Order

Ive got an account that they have seller restricted saying that i need to send out Good with tracking

However these are Pre Order not even manufactured Games, That dont even have a release date. People buying for Xmas. Ive explained to Ebay but they keep on going on loop. Some buyers dont even want available items delivered yet!

Any solutions, they wont reinstate

Is it kind of early for Xmas?
In US,a seller would be asked to show factory invoice.
