Ebay deserve to make some profit of course, but not operating as a tax avoiding, ruthless corporate ripping the nation of billuons. A smaller flat fee would be fairer for all. Perhaps private sellers could sell say 100 items a month free of charge then pay fees on further sales?
You remind me a bit of the Daily Mail reader, blaming immigrants for coming over, or people languishing on benefits, or those on the bottom rung of society desperate to make ends meet selling a few item,but these are mainly the symptoms of corporation greed, globalisation, and corrupt governments.
