Offers could trigger MC011

Account 1000+ feedbacks - 5 years old

Sent offers to watchers or to buyers with item in the chart, after 30 min got MC011

Offers can trigger MC011

Now i have to upload a receipt or invoice

Re: Offers could trigger MC011

Hmm I wonder if some of the watchers are competitors and used this to complain - was your product/category saturated with sellers?

Not a lot is a sub electronic category in ebay.de not to much populated by that item. Item was on sell since 4 days or so

Used an IT account o sell in .de, received email from .de customer care

What?? I really doubt it's the offers you sent.

Valid point - did you send offers OP or...did you send ads with links to a different website for purchasing...?

Re: Offers could trigger MC011

they are not used to foreign sellers in germany , if you were germany/austria/switzerland you would likely not have the problem

I assume though that the account does not have a long running history of selling on de

Yeah, no way. It’s probably something else and OP is attributing the current actions for things that eBay under the surface already had issues with.

I'm not addressing the issue to offers for sure. But this is a perfect account, 1000+ feedbacks, 5 years old, mainly had sell activity in .it but already sell in .de the same exact items. Behaviuors i can saw that let me think about.

Sent offers, 15 min later MC011

What would you have tought?

By the way invoice is sent, let's see what will happen

Your buyer may have received notice from Ebay at the same time you received MC011

Logically think at scale if every seller did this, like you, they all receive MC011? Why?

There has to have been something else that caused it.

Do you have late shipments? Are customers opening claims? Have you had any VERO strikes? 100% feedback doesn't combat these issues.

If none of those apply, and only you can answer that yourself, then I would suspect an agent manually reviewed your account, or someone reported it, and then an agent reviewed it and flagged it for some reason.

Re: Offers could trigger MC011

Some bidder who might also happen to be a seller of similar item may have reported as a try to squash OP as competition

Re: Offers could trigger MC011

i've sent a couple of offers that were accepted, not a problem here at least

Re: Offers could trigger MC011

offers are a problem in germany specifically if the seller is registered abroad , any such activity should be preceded but sufficient selling history

VERO strickes = 0
Claim = 0
Late shipments ( customers complaining item not receiving - that is the main known trigger ) = 0
